Property sourcing and purchasing is fraught with pitfalls in the U.S. - Asprey only offer property that is completely free and clear of any historic tax or debt issues and title insured to prove that case.

There are also many unscrupulous agents operating in the U.S. distressed market - Asprey only conduct transactions through independent American real estate attorneys of high standing.

Equally Asprey will only consider buying properties from or offering properties to genuine pre-qualified buyers or sellers.

Our properties listed for sale are often limited to a small amount of highly attractive deals rather than to list hundreds of properties that we have not researched and do not have provable investment value to the new owners.

Asprey charge the seller a set commission of between 2-5% on each transaction. Buyers pay the quoted asking price plus their legal fees to purchase the property.
